These Refund Terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are established by Kasma International (HK) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Kasma", "we", "us", or "our") and apply to purchases of products and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") made through the Kasma platform. Unless otherwise provided herein, all fees are non-refundable.
Kasma offers a free trial period for eligible Services. During the free trial, you may evaluate the functionality and performance of the Services at no cost. We recommend that you fully test the Services during the trial period to confirm they meet your business requirements. No charges shall be incurred during the free trial period, and you may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being billed.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may submit a refund request to Kasma within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase or renewal date. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
After the 14-calendar-day refund window, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may still cancel your subscription at any time during the current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be incurred, and you may continue to use the Services until the end of the current billing cycle.
If updates made by Kasma to the Services have a material adverse impact on your use, you may provide written notice to Kasma within 30 days of receiving the notification to terminate the Services, and Kasma will provide a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees.
If any indemnified portion of the Services becomes the subject of an intellectual property infringement claim and Kasma is unable to resolve such claim by commercially reasonable means, Kasma may terminate your use of the affected portion of the Services and provide a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees.

Refund requests must include: your account email, order or subscription ID, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund. Kasma will review the request within a reasonable period upon receipt.
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on the processing cycle of your bank or payment service provider, additional time may be required for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Kasma reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The updated Terms shall take effect upon publication on the Kasma website. Your continued use of the Services after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties; failing which, either party may submit the dispute to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
